This is a gorgeous spec home on a double lot set in the back of a cul-de-sac in Campbell, California. Our clients wanted a tranquil property where a family of four could live comfortably and not get in each others way. We ended up designing a grand primary residence with high ceilings, oak floors, floating stairs, marble countertops along with an attached ADU.
